Currently serving as a Practice Manager for Professor Nathan Lawrentschuk, Shannon plays a pivotal role in shaping the practice’s workflow, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Her passion for patient interaction and her ability to create a well-structured, compassionate healthcare environment make her a vital asset to the practice.

In her spare time, she loves spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, gardening under the warm sunshine, and cooking whenever time allows.

Thili is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of nursing experience which includes but not limited to Urology, Haematology, Cardiac and Prostate Care.

Thili is committed to providing comprehensive patient care, with a particular focus on individuals who are undergoing Prostate cancer surveillance and treatment, as well as those who are dealing with sexual function challenges. Her main passion is really Men’s health and their wellbeing!

Thili has managed and is involved in both large and medium scaled educational and supportive care with nursing and medical colleagues. As well as this, she has established a supportive group at Epworth Healthcare under the auspice of EJ Whitten Prostate Cancer Research Centre for men going through Prostate Cancer journey.

In her spare time, Thili enjoys cooking, great company and watching BBC Crime dramas!

Aliki started her career in the corporate world. She quickly established herself with a strong background in business management, excelling in leadership, strategic planning, and financial management. With her focus on empowering teams and transforming businesses, she achieved impressive growth and took on senior roles that honed her leadership skills.

As her career progressed, Aliki found herself drawn to a more creative path. She transitioned into the world of photography. In this phase, she nurtured softer skills like empathy, creativity, and connection, always approaching her work with a deep sense of care and understanding.

Today, in her role as Medical Secretary, Aliki has beautifully blended all the skills and passions she has accumulated over the years. Her deep empathy and nurturing spirit shine through in everything she does, helping patients feel at ease in what can often be a stressful environment. Whether Aliki is leading teams, capturing special moments, or supporting patients, she does it all with a heart full of care and a spirit that uplifts everyone around her.

In her personal time, Aliki loves being at her favourite place, the Mornington Peninsula, where she enjoys walks along the stunning beaches, sampling world-class wines, and indulging in fresh local produce. She also has a passion for cooking, often experimenting with new recipes and savouring the process of creating delicious meals. Aliki also enjoys spending time at her beautiful home, where she finds peace in tending to her garden and creating a warm, welcoming space for friends and family.


Jo Stathoulis

Jo Stathoulis

Jo Stathoulis is a final-year Biomedical Science and Commerce student at Monash University, majoring in Marketing Science. She is hoping to enter medical school next year. She has also gained valuable experience in patient care and healthcare administration through her previous and current work as a medical secretary in private practice.

Jo is an active First Responder with St John’s Ambulance Victoria, providing first aid at major community events. Passionate about medical education, she has mentored aspiring medical and biomedical students through the National Institute of Education’s Future Doctors’ Program and has shared insights into her undergraduate experience with senior students at Methodist Ladies’ College.

Recognised for her academic and leadership achievements, Jo has served as a Biomedical Science Student Representative and has received several leadership awards including the Duke of Edinburgh Award.

Outside of work and study, she is a foodie at heart who enjoys discovering new places to eat, rock climbing, swimming and travelling.
